Welcome home! A few words to start your vacations
- Welcome to your home away from home! We hope you have arrived safely and had no trouble finding it. We know you must be ready to relax and start your vacation. We want you to make yourself at home right away.Please be free to help yourself to the bottle water and snaks we've left for you. In the next few pages you will find information about the check-in/check-out procedures, rental guide, house policies and what to do in the area.That's why we've created this guidebook. You'll find everything you need to know about our place and the surrounding area. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with it. Should you have any other questions during your stay please contact us anytime. During your stay please think of it as your home. We hope you enjoy your time here and come back again!
- Please take a moment and check the home for clearliness, appropriate amount of linens and anything else that would make your stay better. If anything isn't up to your standards, please report any dissatisfaction with the rental within the first 12 hours to us.
- Arrival time is as flexible as departure time but if we are expecting guests to arrive that day, it will be almost impossible to offer a late check out due to the cleaners having to prepare the house for guests. Please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
- We will provide you with an access key code before arrival. This will allow you to check yourself in to the property. Please ensure you have the code before you travel. If not, please contact us. There's nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and not being able to get in!

Small details about everything will make your stay pleasant

Yalitzi is equiped with a Smart TV, all National Channels are programmed. You can also connect with your Netflix account or via youtube and enjoy your preferable programmes.

The Fridge/freezer: You should not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know.

The Hob and Oven: The hob is a four burner electric hob, and the electric oven and grill is normal width. When grilling please leave the door open.

Heating & Cooling: You will find a remote controller at a)the bedroom's side table and b) at the living room by TV that allows you to control the temperature of the home. If you're running the air conditioning, please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure it operate to maximum efficiency. We recommend a setting of 25C which we find keeps the place at a comfortable temperature.

We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 15:00-18:00 and 1:00-8:00 noise should be kept to a minimum.

This is a smoke-free home (No smoking of any substance including vaping) as far as indoors concerning. You can enjoy your smoke at the outside area surrounding property (please keep it clean though)

We love animals and we chose to make this home pet-frienly. Please try to keep property clean.

As Yalitzi is set in the center of Symi (Gialos) everything is handy! In a 100m range there are grocery stores, super markets, bakeries, pastry shops, butcher shop, kiosks, florist shops as well as tavernas, restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
