Τα 5 αστέρια είναι λίγα! Συγχαρητήρια για όλα. Για την αισθητική του χώρου, για την υγιεινή και την καθαριότητα, για την φιλοξενία της κυρίας Καίτης και την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση της κυρίας Ευας. Το yalitzi είναι ένα στολίδι για τη Σύμη μας♥️ Να σημειωθεί ότι το σπίτι διαθέτει ΤΑ ΠΑΝΤΑ, τα κλινοσκεπάσματα μοσχοβολάνε και δεν υπάρχει σημείο στο σπίτι που να μην είναι περιποιημένο! Η κυρία Καίτη κάθε μέρα μας κερνούσε και κάτι, από σπιτικές μαρμελάδες, γλυκά του κουταλιού μέχρι και μας έδωσε μικρές μαρμελάδες ως … δωράκι! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Θα είναι η σταθερή μας επιλογή, κάθε χρόνο που ερχόμαστε!  

Πολύ ωραία υποδοχή από την κ.Καιτη και καλωσόρισμα με γλυκό του κουταλιού. Άμεση ανταπόκριση από την κ Εύα όταν κάτι θέλαμε σχετικά με το ίντερνετ.Το δωμάτιο άνετο και οι παροχές καλύπτουν το κάθε γούστο!! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα και στο επανιδείν.  

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο Γιαλίτζι, όπου μας υποδέχτηκε η μητέρα της Εύας, η Κατερίνα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι επιπλωμένο με γούστο και πολύ καλά, έχει υπέροχη αυλή και βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Η Κατερίνα, που μένει στον κάτω όροφο του ίδιου κτιρίου, είναι εξαιρετικά φιλική. Μιλάει λίγα γαλλικά, αλλά απολαύσαμε την ευκαιρία να εξασκήσουμε τα ελληνικά μας. Η Εύα ήταν πάντα εύκολη στην πρόσβαση μέσω WhatsApp και μάλιστα ρώτησε αν όλα ήταν εντάξει. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με την εξυπηρέτηση και την τοποθεσία.  

Home away from home Excellent location, easy short walk from the ferry and right in the heart of the town. Quiet stay and the extra little touches like bath robe and toothbrush was lovely! Short flight of stairs to the upstairs apartment and met by the beautiful host. Warm welcome and felt like home :)  

Σεβασμός στον πελάτη ! Πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια, τοποθεσία άριστη, ευγενέστατη η κα Καίτη, και γενικά, κατάλυμα με ΣΕΒΑΣΜΟ ΣΤΟΝ ΠΕΛΑΤΗ !!! Θα επανέλθουμε με πρώτη ευκαιρία! Όλα τέλεια !  

Absolute gem! What a fantastic apartment this is. We didnt meet Eva but her communication by text was excellent. Her mum Kate welcomed us with a big smile and showed us in and around the apartment. Very nice kitchen and luving area, shower and bedroom but the star of the place is the private terrace. Kate gave us the most superb homemade jams which were perfect for breakfast with fresh croissants (theres a small wood fired oven across the small footbridge in the harbour). If there was an 11 rating i’d give it, just perfect.  

Greeted by the beautiful lady who lives downstairs who showed us our room. Steps from harbour. Quaint little apartment. Homemade jams provided. Tea and coffee. Apartment well equipped for cooking if needed. Cute little private garden lovely for having breakfast. Good shower. Super responsive host! Lived everything but air con a little noisy but that's being picky  

A perfect location for a beautiful holiday in Symi. Well equipped house. Beautiful , yet quiet accommodation. Lovely host. Would definitely recommend.  

Une belle adresse au cœur de Yalos et un magnifique accueil Appartement au cœur de Yalos, très bien équipé (jusque dans les détails tels que des brosses à dents…)et joliment décoré. Très calme et à l’arrière une immense terrasse arborée. À disposition, des friandises et autres marmelades faites maison par Catarina, la maîtresse des lieux. Ce commentaire ne pourrait d’ailleurs être complet sans évoquer l’extrême gentillesse et la disponibilité de Catarina. Merci à elle pour son accueil.  

The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the very center, on the flat part, just a 2-minute walk to the boats that take you to other beaches. We couldn’t have asked for better. The hostess is truly wonderful. We warmly recommend this place!  

A fantastic apartment. Everything is perfect, the house is well-located, quiet, with a fantastic shaded terrace. Eva was an extremely helpful host, and Caterina, her mother, is very sweet and kind. When we arrived, we found homemade jams in the fridge and other unexpected niceties. It would be lovely to return here. Highly recommended.

Joli La terrasse, la décoration sobre, la gentillesse de cathy!  

emplacement idéal, en bas de la ville et à deux pas du port de Gialos, chambre très confortable, clim efficace, accueil charmant, terrasse abritée très agréable au petit déjeuner le seul défaut pour l'endroit est l'absence de vue mer, mais comme on est sans arrêt dehors à Symi, cela est vite oublié  

Perfect short stay holiday no negatives. The close proximity to the harbour and all amenities. Excellent communication from the owner. A comprehensive guide was provided of the area and the island. Nothing was too much trouble. A million percent book with confidence highly recommended.  

Ενα υπέροχο άνετο σπιτάκι, πεντακάθαρο με πολύ φιλόξενους ανθρώπους. Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και πας παντού με τα πόδια. Πραγματικά αξίζει να το επισκεφτεί κανείς. Η κυρία Καίτη που μας υποδέχτηκε είναι η πιο γλυκεια γιαγιά του κόσμου !!!  

Feels like you are at home There was nothing about this lovely little place to dislike.  

We had the most wonderful stay at Eva's place! Our welcome from her beautiful Mum was so warm & she was so friendly. The accommodation is in the perfect location, so close to the harbour & minutes walk to the restaurants & bars. It is so cute & the courtyard was lovely to enjoy our breakfast from the bakery & coffee. We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Symi! We also highly recommend the Poseidon day cruise that leaves at the harbour, we had the best day on that cruise day.  

We were very happy staying at Eva’s apartment. We loved the beautiful scented garden with the lemon tree; also the new bathroom with stylish tiles; and the very comfortable bed. There were lots of extra touches like coffee, water, jams, bathrobes and everything you need to feel at home. Yalitzi is in the perfect location for restaurants, shops and the harbour but tucked away in a quiet street. Eva’s mother was very kind. We would definitely stay there again.  

Η τοποθεσία είναι η καλύτερη δυνατή. Καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο κατάλυμα. Όλες οι υπηρεσίες σε κοντινή απόσταση. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει δύο δωμάτια και μια όμορφη βεράντα. Ξυπνούσαμε τα πρωινά με το τραγούδι των πουλιών και όχι με τον θόρυβο των μοτοσικλετών. Το διαμέρισμα είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, ακόμη και πετσέτες θαλάσσης, μπουρνούζια, οδοντόβουρτσες, καφετιέρα... κ.λπ. Σε ευχαριστώ υπέροχη Kiria Katy για την εγκάρδια εξυπηρέτησή σου 🥰 Όλα είναι εξαιρετικά!  

Zeer gezellig en charmant appartement met prachtig terras. De bedden waren super comfortabel. De landlady was goed bereikbaar. Centraal gelegen en alles op wandelafstand.  

We were in your place 24-26.3.with my sister-in-law.My cousin who lives in Rodos got ill and couldn't come. Wonderful stay at Yalitzi! Yalitzi was wonderful! The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It is clean and comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The hosts were great! A very personal touch from the hosts added to our stay on the island of Symi! We highly recommend this place to stay! it was perfect in every way!  

Une maison fantastique sur une île attachante. Tout est parfait, la maison est tranquille, bien placée avec une terrasse ensoleillée et ombragée au choix. Nous remercions Eva pour sa réactivité et Kathie, la maman, pour son extrême gentillesse, ses confitures et gâteaux maison. Nous ovons apprécié la proximité du bateau taxi, et le charme du centre ville de Symi. Je conseille le restaurant Agora ( niveau étoile Michelin) et notre taverne locale Meraklis. Que du bonheur!  

A delightful base for discovering beautiful Symi. We loved the location, so peaceful and quiet yet just a few steps away from all the shops and restaurants. Everything you need has been provided in the property, with a delightful garden, great shower, comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen. More than anything we loved the personal details and the warm and friendly welcome with homemade treats from the host's mother.

Stunning Airbnb, very clean and tidy and a gorgeous yet private patio. It’s near restaurants, supermarkets and the harbour but despite its central location very quiet and peaceful. Eva’s mum who lives downstairs was such a sweet and welcoming person and although we had a bit of a language barrier we felt well taken care of by her. 100% recommend staying there!  

Stylish, comfortable and very convenient It’s a beautifully appointed apartment tucked in Symi town, near the port and the Kali Strata, and all the restaurants. Lovely little design touches throughout, with a private sunny terrace, and stocked with useful basics. We stayed for 3 nights and it was very convenient to catch the taxi boats to the beaches, and then later to pop out for dinner etc. Kate downstairs welcomed us warmly, and was available for any questions.  

Everything at Eva's house was perfect. The apartment is even prettier than in the photos. It has nice little details, like bottles of water, coffee to prepare in the morning and homemade jams. Eva and her mother are very kind and nice people, they made us feel at home. We highly recommend their house for couples or families.

Fabulous! Everything was great, would definitely come back again. V well looked after by Kate and unobtrusively by Eva. Garden amazing, lovely jams, great shower, air con etc, everything and more than we needed.  

Eva et sa maman Kathy sont extrêmement attentionnées, accueillantes et sympathiques. La communication a été excellente. Le logement est facile a trouver. L'appartement est bien situé, très propre, avec une belle terrasse. La climatisation fonctionnait tres bien. Nous reviendrons volontiers !  

This property is very central, ideally located for all restaurant/bars/taxi boats and the port. The island is hilly in general but this property is close to the coast so very accessible without having to climb any steps. It is very well equipped with amenities (even toothbrushes!), clean and very spacious. The hosts were also very hospitable and willing to help with any questions.  

Harika + Yalitzi’de konaklamak inanılmaz mutluluk verici oldu. Ev tertemiz, beklentinin üzerinde misafirler için düşünülmüş ince detaylar karşıladı bizi. Symi gibi oldukça dik bir adada düz ayak, merkezi konumda pırıl pırıl zevkli ve konforlu bir ev bizi karşıladı. Ev sahibelerinin ilgi ve nazik tutumları neredeyse bizi mahçup etti. Buzdolabında su, kahvaltılıklar bizi bekliyordu. Akşam eve döndüğümüzde tatlı ikramı harikaydı. Umarım bir daha Symi’ye giderim ve bir kez daha Yalitzi’de konaklamanın keyfini çıkarırım  

The location was perfect, in Symi town but in a quiet spot with easy access to bakery, supermarket, boats, bus, tavernas and bars, also the "noddy" train which did a short journey along the coast towards a beautiful bay. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and with a wonderful terrace [accessed from the bedroom]. Kate the owner lived downstairs and was a most helpful, charming and interesting lady. Yalitzi had everything and more ! Coffee and coffee maker, sweet treats in the fridge even toothbrushes and toothpaste !. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in ..... outstanding.  

Εξαιρετικό! Η οικοδέσποινα είναι μια εκπληκτικά φιλική κυρία! Ο κομψός επάνω όροφος του σπιτιού έχει μια μεγάλη αυλή όπου μπορείτε να καθίσετε όμορφα. Το σπίτι είναι ήσυχο και όμως στο κέντρο της κάτω πόλης.  

We had a wonderful five days based here and thoroughly recommend this property Yalitzi is a beautifully presented apartment perfectly situated a short stroll from the Symi harbour and close to all amenities. The rear courtyard looking up towards the monastery perched over the town is an added bonus.  

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Η επικοινωνία ήταν εξαιρετική, ένα φιλικό καλωσόρισμα, το διαμέρισμα ήταν όμορφο με εξαιρετικές εγκαταστάσεις και πεντακάθαρο. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν μια υπέροχη απόλαυση. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι δεν μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερο. Την επόμενη φορά θα το κάνουμε!  

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, κοντά σε όλα όσα προσφέρονται αλλά ήσυχη. Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη, καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα, ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο με καμπίνα ντους με ζεστό νερό, όμορφο εξωτερικό αίθριο, Katy η οικοδέσποινα είναι μια γλυκιά κυρία.  

Διακοσμημένο με εξαιρετικό γούστο, πολύ καλά τοποθετημένο, όμορφο εξωτερικό, ευρύχωρο. Πολύ θερμή υποδοχή. Σας συνιστούμε θερμά!  

The place is perfectly located. 2 blocks from the harbour with no steps required. The studio is beautiful and tastefully appointed, and it has a lovely back patio where to chill-out. Despite its central location, it is very quiet. But the best of all was Kate - the host - who lives below. She cared for us with the genuine love only a grandma can elicit. Seeing her and chatting in our basic French (the common language we were able to find) was always a treasurable moment. Can't think of anything bad, it was really perfect and I'd return / recommend it in a heartbeat.  

Όμορφο ανεξάρτητο ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα. Στο κέντρο της Σύμης σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, κοντά σε όλα. Η κ. Καίτη, γλυκύτατη και πάντα εκεί να εξυπηρετήσει και να προσφέρει. Το αγαπήσαμε. Ευχαριστούμε, θα απολαύσουμε τα δώρα σας!!!  

The house is absolutely beautiful. It’s located in the heart of the community just a stones throw from the harbour. Despite being so close to everything it’s tranquil and has a sense of calm. The courtyard garden is large, secluded and so pretty; the pictures don’t do it justice. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are excellent; probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. There’s lots of beautiful little touches that make the place stylish and luxurious. The full size shower is fantastic and a rare treat in Greece. Katie and Eva have created a rare gem of a holiday home on the beautiful island of Symi.  

Eva’s place was lovely, spacious and very clean. We loved the terrace and used it everyday. Her mother was so friendly and helpful even though she spoke little English. The apartment was a short walk from the waterfront and felt very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again, we had a fab time in Symi.  

The apartment is in one of the best locations in Symi, back from the water enough to be peaceful, but still very close to everything. There are just a few stairs to access the front door, but otherwise the accommodation is at ground level to the harbour, which is handy in Symi. Communication was great, and we had a very welcoming stay. The apartment is laid out well, and has a large outdoor sitting area. Comfortable for two adults and a child.  

Εξαιρετικό, πανέμορφο και πεντακάθαρο σπίτι εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα ακόμη και οδοντόβουρτσες , οδοντόκρεμες, μέχρι και πετσέτες παραλίας στο κέντρο του νησιού, πολύ γρήγορα βρισκόμασταν στο γυαλό. Υπέροχη οικοδέσποινα μας επέτρεψε αφού δεν είχε άμεση κράτηση να παραδώσουμε το δωμάτιο λίγο αργότερα προκειμένου να κάνουμε μπάνιο. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά και είναι το μόνο σίγουρο πως όταν ξανάρθουμε στη Σύμη δεν θα ψάξουμε για άλλο κατάλυμα !!!!!!!!  

Ολα ήταν άψογα!!!το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!  

We had a super 8 night stay at Eva's We visited Symi 5 years earlier, so we knew the location was important to us. It was perfect. Right in the middle of the action but quiet and secluded. We loved sitting on the terrace with a G&T after a busy day on the beach. Kate downstairs was delightful....we had a great holiday. Thank you ladies. Highly recommended!

Confortevole appartamento a Symi con terrazza. Posizione top+ Appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Ampia terrazza per piacevoli colazioni e cene all'aperto e all'occorrenza anche per serate con gli amici. Posizione comoda alle spalle del centro del paese, ma comunque defilata così da non risultare rumorosa. La proprietaria è gentile, fa sentire l'ospite coccolato ed è sempre disponibile a fornire consigli.

Great location, very easy to walk to from the port. Our stay was amazing, the house was beautifully presented & our host was very accomodating & lovely. Would definetly recommend!  

Perfect in every way - boutique style experience close to everything : highly recommended This is one of the best experiences I have had on Booking.com - perfect in every way. Location central but quiet, beautifully decorated - it was similar to a boutique hotel experience. Every small detail has been thought through with just about everything you can think of supplied, even spare toothbrushes/toothpaste, travel slippers, beach towels and well as fluffy white towels. The courtyard is a gorgeous, tranquil retreat - so no sea view, but in Symi you will get that just about everywhere else. This courtyard is for relaxing, we even got a takeaway from Merakalis (30 seconds away) and a bottle of wine just to enjoy our own space! Kate lives downstairs is lovely - so kind and helpful. I can't think of a bad thing - just that we could stay longer. I highly recommend this lovely place.  

Beautiful and spotlessly clean home from with every comfort and a lovely garden in a very convenient position in Symi town. Lovely lady owner Kate below. Nothing too much trouble. Great welcome .Thank you!

Υπέροχο μέρος πεντακάθαρο μια ζέστη αγκαλιά φιλοξενία απίστευτη στην καρδιά του κέντρου !Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα ! Όταν θα ξαναπάμε ΜΟΝΟ εκεί θα ήθελα να μείνουμε!  

Tucked away from the port front, this is a in good location with only a few stairs to climb. The owners mother lives downstairs, though the apartment is independent of her. A charming and sweet grandma that are so readily available in Greece. She speaks a smattering of French, though great coms with the owner in English via WhatsApp. The apartment is elegantly and recently furnished and has a cute private courtyard to the rear. Pictures don’t do it justice. A great find in a wonderful place. We wished we could have stayed a couple of weeks.

<p>perfect stay in the beautiful island of Symi We really enjoyed our stay at Yalitzi. the location is perfect. 3 minutes from the taxi boats that will take you to the most beautiful beaches in Symi. this place is located in the heart of Symi. it is very quiet and special. The flat is located on the second floor of a house. it is fully equipped, with a really nice garden where you can have dinner, enjoy the sun or just relax. The bed is really comfortable. We cooked serval times in the kitchen. Kate and Eva are super nice. We checked in earlier without a problem and the communication was super easy. We were suppose to spend 3 days and ended up spending almost a week. Thank you again Eva for everything and also to your Mum for being so kind to us. Christophe &amp; Marcus.</p>  

Once in a while one finds an absolute gem of a place to stay, Yalitzi was that unique house for us and was a significant contribution to a marvelous months stay on Symi. As a discerning well-travelled older couple we can only recommend Yalitzi. It's location is ideal easy walk to the harbour with all the hustle and bustle o tourism, yet within minutes one could return to the quite sanctuary of Yalitzi. We especially enjoyed the patio area which is unique for Symi. Shops facilities easily accessable, the house was perfectly clean well appointed really cute. Our host Eva was exceptional always available and ready to please. One would be remiss if we didn't mention Eva's Mum a warm loving lady who ensured all was catered for on a daily basis, we dearly miss her. After extended stays on Symi and searching the available self-catering units we would suggest Yalitzi is up with the best on Symi if not the best, highly recommended.  

Lovely and quiet place in the heart of beautiful Symi. Easley accessible. Lovely decor, access to beautiful patio. Everything perfectly clean. We were welcomed by the owner’s mom with a homemade preserve and a glass of cool water. Just a wonderful place to stay. Eva was available to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!

Περάσαμε δυο βραδιές στο yalitzi και μείναμε ενθουσιασμένοι. Ένα καταπληκτικό σπιτάκι, πεντακάθαρο, που μοσχοβολούσε ( ειδικά οι πετσέτες) , όμορφη διακόσμηση, με αυλή για να χαλαρώνουμε ,δίπλα στα μαγαζιά και στο λιμάνι. Η κυρία Καίτη ήταν υπέροχη, με τα γλυκά κουταλιού , τις μαρμελάδες, τις συμβουλές της σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε, ακόμα και ιατρικές. Τι να πω, όλα ήταν θαυμάσια . Πρώτη φορά σε διακοπές χαιρόμουν που γύριζα στο σπίτι που έμενα . Η Σύμη;;;απλά μοναδική. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία.  

Εξαιρετική διαμονή! + Το σπίτι τα είχε όλα, ήταν καθαρό και η οικοδέσποινα ήταν καταπληκτική. Συγχαρητήρια για την διακόσμηση του χώρου! - Πραγματικά δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό!

Più di una suite + Posizione centralissima ma protetta dai rumori e dal passaggio, casa nuovissima, funzionale e curata. Accoglienza degna di un albergo (accappatoi, asciugamani, phon, teli mare, marmellate, acqua…), un patio esterno dove poter mangiare ad uso esclusivo. The best rental in Symi. It's an easy walk from the port and the apartment is modern with a beautiful terrace. The family is very nice and the mom gave us sweet treats!  

Words don't do justice! It was one of our best vacations and that's largely attributed to Eva's house and Eva's and her mom's hospitality. The house is at a great location! The apartment is beautiful, it has all the needed amenities and then some more, and it's within 1-min walking distance to/from all the seafront tavernas and the stores at Gialos. The apartment has a hidden gem - a private, quiet balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner and check your emails/work. It's quiet, peaceful, and out of this world. For me the absolute highlight of the stay was getting to know Eva's mom, Kyria (Mrs) Kaiti. She is an amazing lady who would greet us with a smile, homemade traditional candied cherries and grapes, and stories about Symi. I really look forward to going to Symi again and staying at Eva's house and spending time with Kyria Kaiti.  

<p>This sweet apartment on a quiet street in the center of Symi was absolutely wonderful. A few steps from the harbor, shops, bakery and tavernas, Eva&rsquo;s place was a quiet and cool respite from the summer bustle. Inside it was impeccable - clean and beautifully decorated with style, with the comfort of travelers fully in mind. I was surprised many times by the thoughtful touches - chilled cherry preserves on arrival, coffee ready for roasting, a beach umbrella in case we needed it at one of Symi&rsquo;s beaches accessible by boat taxi&hellip; Eva and Kate had thought of everything and were sure to check to see we had everything we needed. You won&rsquo;t be disappointed, rent it if it is available!!</p>  

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία. Το σπίτι στο κέντρο του λιμανιού, δίπλα σε όλα τα μπαρ, καφέ και εστιατόρια. Η κυρία Καίτη άψογη οικοδέσποινα, πάντα πρόθυμη να απαντήσει σε κάθε ερώτημα μας, να συμβουλεύσει και να προτείνει. Το κατάλυμα ιδανικό για 4 άτομα. Όλα ήταν άψογα!  

Eva’s place was absolutely amazing. It has all the things you might need during your stay, it is delicately decorated, and very well located. Besides, having Eva’s mother Keti as our host downstairs added an extra element of delightfullness to our stay as she was simply the sweetest lady :)  

Cute apartment. Great location that is close to the harbor but far enough away so it is not noisy. Nice back patio. Wonderful landlord who lives below.

Απλά υπέροχο!! Τα πάντα ήταν εξαιρετικά !! Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο, πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό, με μεγάλα και άνετα κρεβάτια, αυλή που χάρηκαν τα παιδιά, ενώ οι ιδιοκτήτες ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι !!  

Μια αξέχαστη διαμονή σ' ένα σπίτι καλόγουστο, πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και φιλόξενο στο πανέμορφο νησί της Σύμης! Το Yalitzi είναι ο χώρος που θα συστήναμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να χαρεί πραγματικά τη διαμονή του. Εύα, Καίτη, σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά για τη φιλοξενία, την προθυμία, την άνεση και τις εξυπηρετήσεις σας. Χάρη σ' εσάς, αφήνουμε το νησί με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις! Να είστε πάντα καλά! We spent 7 days in the wonderful Symi, and this is a great apartment where to stay. Position is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet street, the apartment is lovely decorated and as highlight I would mention a super comfortable bed, a wonderful patio outside, all what you need in the kitchen, big shower and plenty of towels. Some details like the homemade jam in the fridge, Eva’s mother downstairs, the space available for clothes etc all make yalitzi a real gem!! Eva is always super responsive, very friendly and even allowed us to have a late checkout as our ferry was delayed. Happy to come back one day!  

Perfect apartment for a couple to enjoy Symi. All you need is on the doorstep, the apartment is as shown in the photos. The terrace at the back is large and shady in the late afternoon when you want to be out of the sun - ideal for relaxing evenings, or breakfast! We loved our stay in Symi due to how well located Eva’s property is!  

Wonderful! Amazing! The most warm welcome ever and the best treat in our holiday was our stay in Eva's appartment to explore beutiful Symi. Our kids have declared thay are coming back next year :)  

Όλα ήταν ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΑ!! Το σπίτι είναι αριστα επιπλωμένο και διακοσμημένο, όλα είναι σαν καινούρια, πραγματικά το τέλειο και σε άριστη τοποθεσία. Επιπλέον, οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν υπέροχοι άνθρωποι, μας βοήθησαν σε ο,τι χρειαστήκαμε σε υπερθετικό βαθμό. Τους ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ για όλα, οι διακοπές μας στο διαμέρισμα τους ήταν αξέχαστες, θα θελα πολύ να ξαναπάμε, και το συστήνω σε όλους ανεπιφύλακτα!!!  

Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα σε ιδανική τοποθεσία για την εξυπηρέτηση στις διακοπές μας (από κοντινό εστιατόριο ,καφέ ,σουπερμάρκετ ). Γλυκύτατη κυρία Καίτη με το κέρασμα της απίθανο και περισσότερο το χαμόγελο και την φιλοξενία της !!! Σίγουρα θα μας ξαναδεί σύντομα!!  

Το πρότεινω ανεπιφύλακτα! Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς για τις διακοπές του. Είχαμε μαζί μας μωρό και η ύπαρξη κουζίνας μας διευκόλυνε πολύ. Στο σπίτι έχει διατηρηθεί η χάρη του παραδοσιακού Συμιακού σπιτιού αλλά με μοντέρνες πινελιές. Η πίσω ανεξάρτητη αυλή ήταν πανέμορφη και τεράστια (μπορούσαμε και παίζαμε συνέχεια με το μωρό) και εξισορροπούσε πλήρως την έλλειψη θέας στη θάλασσα. Επίσης βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του νησιού, είχαμε πρόσβαση σε σουπερ μάρκετ, φούρνους , καφε εντός 2-3 λεπτών. Εντύπωση μας έκανε τα διάφορα αντικείμενα που προσέφερε το κατάλυμα, μέχρι και ατομικές οδοντόβουρτσες γνωστής μάρκας! Στο ψυγείο μας περίμεναν σπιτικές μαρμελάδες της κας Καίτης που μας περιποιήθηκε όλες τις μέρες προσφέροντάς μας σπιτικά γλυκά του κουταλιού, φρέσκους χυμούς αλλά ταυτόχρονα μία διακριτική και ευγενική παρέα που μας βοηθούσε σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Αλήθεια από που έχετε προμηθευτή το κρεββάτι ??? ήταν καταπληκτικό... το θέλουμε και σπίτι μας !! ανυπομονούμε να σας ξαναδούμε !!!

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a super location is Eva’s place. Booking and organising our stay was a breeze, thanks to Eva’s kind responsiveness. The apartment was very clean with style and some lovely touches. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need. The large terrace made al fresco dining a joy. It was a lovely place to come back to after a day exploring or swimming and lolling at the beach.Eva, thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment and for being so responsive to our queries. It was such a relaxing holiday with everything we needed at the flat. The style was just to our taste too, loved it! It was wonderful to meet you too, thank you for taking time out of work to drop by the port.  

Perfect location, clean and lovely rooms and a large garden with space to eat and play.  

The best 2019 house island I have been in ❤️ We loved everything about this spacious house and it’s amazing huge garden with great sun light. 1 min walk to the market , restaurant, coffee shops etc...  

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε τέλεια τοποθεσία, είναι φτιαγμένο με ιδιαίτερο γούστο,και εξoπλισμένο έτσι ώστε να καλύπτει και να εξυπηρετεί όλες τις ανάγκες και επιθυμίες του φιλoξενούμενου. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε, ήταν όλα τέλεια!

Eva's place is fantastic. It is very clean and stylish with everything you need. It has a wonderful homely feel with a gorgeous outdoor area, which was a great space to relax and enjoy a drink after a day exploring Symi. We especially appreciated all the additional complimentary touches Eva had for waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment is in a great location in Symi, right near fantastic places to eat and all the shops! Eva was a very accommodating and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!
